Notice of Property Sale
On January 25, 2010, the Â鶹´«Ã½ closed on sale of its fee interest in Lot 17, Missouri Research Park, St. Charles County, Missouri, dated December 31, 2009, for the Â鶹´«Ã½ System. The Â鶹´«Ã½ Board of Curators authorized sale of lots at Missouri Research Park to tenants with long-term leases, in accordance with buyout provisions of their leases at their February 4, 2005 meeting. The property was sold to Trust B Holdings, LLC for $1,000.
